Born with visual difficulties. An artist anyway.

Kathryn Jerrett is an artist in West Bromwich. Art has been part of her life for years, from studying it at school to the paintings on her easel today.

In the last few years it has become her passion. She attends a prestigious art class run by Peter Tinkler, and she now paints for clients as well as for herself.

Kathryn was born with visual difficulties and is partially sighted. It can make the work harder. It has never made her give up on being an artist, and it makes her paintings a little more special.

The level of detail speaks for itself, but don't take our word for it.

What her clients say

The wooded walk canvas Kathryn Jerrett painted for Molly Howell

“I'd recommend her artwork for any occasion.”

“I've asked for a commission on two occasions from Kathryn. Both very different styles of art. One a nude of me, tattoos included and the detail is amazing! And the other a canvas painting of a photo I provided of a wooded walk. Her skill and attention to detail is amazing! I'd recommend her artwork for any occasion.”

“Better than I'd ever imagined.”

“I reached out to Kathryn after seeing some of her art on Instagram. I instantly loved her style and asked for a commission. It was done with such attention to detail and skill. The finished product is better than I'd ever imagined. Since then I've asked for 2 more commissions as Christmas presents! Thank you Kathryn. You are very gifted.”
